Kyriba Treasury was administered and configured to centralize cash management and to run forecast and actual cash flow processes, supporting weekly consolidation of Group cash flow and analysis of variations for distribution to sectoral management meetings and the Management Board. Functional capabilities managed in Kyriba Treasury included cash positioning, cash forecasting, intra group flow management, and short term financing operations, with treasury staff preparing and negotiating files for 70 M€ of credit lines. Technically the implementation included bank connectivity via EBICS T/TS connections and an integration point with SAGE XRT to support cash forecasting and data reconciliation between ERP and the Treasury platform. The architecture emphasized centralized bank connectivity and treasury operations orchestration across multiple legal entities, with Kyriba Treasury serving as the operational hub for bank account and payment orchestration. Governance and operating model changes accompanied the roll out, with treasury producing consolidated weekly cash reports, organizing an annual meeting of banking and financial partners for account presentation, and providing ongoing banking and payments advisory to Group structures. Kyriba Treasury supported reporting required for the production of the 2019 and 2020 financial reports and day to day banking relations management.
