Operationally the solution was embedded into the existing SAP environment across the group, enabling finance managers and corporate treasury to review liquidity positions and make decisions on renegotiating credit contracts and financing strategies. Integration scope focused on harmonizing finance data across each legally defined enterprise unit, preserving per-entity accounting while providing group-level aggregation for liquidity and risk assessment.
Governance changes centered on centralized finance monitoring and decision workflows, with finance management gaining online access to consolidated instrument-level data to support credit renegotiation and surplus deployment. Integration work was executed by ITPossible and included data mapping and master data synchronization between the SAP HCM landscape and the cloud-hosted SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Governance activity included harmonizing HR master data definitions and absence rules across the participating countries to ensure consistent synchronization and operational processes. The project structured cross-country HR data governance and cutover sequencing to coordinate employee master record consolidation and holiday synchronization between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
