Flash Legacy Flash Benefits Benefits Administration HCM n/a 2024 2024
In 2024, Grupo de Moda SOMA implemented Flash Benefits, deploying Flash's multibenefits platform together with a Visa multibenefit card to centralize benefits and increase employee flexibility. The initiative targeted Benefits Administration for its Brazil workforce as an HR and benefits administration deployment focused on improving the employee experience. The implementation used Flash Benefits with the vendor described benefits module to enable multibenefits wallet functionality and card based disbursement, and configured capabilities to simplify supplier and contracts management. Functional emphasis in the deployment included centralized benefits configuration, flexible benefit allocation, and card enabled payment flows for employee purchases. Rollout followed a phased six month plan executed across HR and benefits administration functions in Brazil, covering Grupo de Moda SOMA operations and its approximately 4,700 employees. The phased approach allowed incremental provisioning of the benefits module, staged card issuance, and consolidation of supplier management under a single platform. Governance actions reorganized benefits administration workflows to centralize contract and supplier oversight and to streamline HR approval processes. The change produced a 17 point increase in satisfaction with benefits on the company GPTW survey, and Flash Benefits acted as the central Benefits Administration platform supporting the new operating model.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft 365 Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2022 2022
In 2022, Grupo de Moda SOMA implemented Microsoft 365 as its primary Collaboration platform for web and corporate productivity. The Brazilian retail group with 4,700 employees references Microsoft 365 on its public website, indicating enterprise adoption across corporate functions and web-facing teams. The Microsoft 365 deployment aligns with standard Collaboration capabilities, including Exchange Online for enterprise email, Microsoft Teams for synchronous communication, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for document management, and Office desktop and web apps for content creation. Configuration emphasis for this class of implementation typically includes tenant setup, user provisioning and licensing alignment, plus information architecture for SharePoint sites that surface internal and web-facing content. Automation and collaboration workflows commonly used with Microsoft 365 include Teams-driven coordination, document co-authoring, and SharePoint publishing to support commercial and digital content processes. The public website reference to Microsoft 365 suggests web-facing integration points between the corporate site and Microsoft 365 services, such as content delivery or authenticated access to employee resources. Governance for the implementation would be organized around tenant administration, identity and access management for employee accounts, and content lifecycle policies for SharePoint and OneDrive to match retail operational requirements.
