Integration work centralized the new reporting capability with Coral, reinforcing the virtual agent as the primary point of contact for condominium users and residents. The conversational infrastructure handles QR code reading, context handoff into the report creation flow, and the capture of visual evidence, ensuring the Kore.ai application operates as an integrated service within the existing agent ecosystem.
Governance and operational changes emphasized self-management for end users, with Sybven and Grupo Puntacana promoting autonomous report creation and detailing by residents. The implementation involved Kore.ai technologies and participation from AI-Boost Experience and Value Management Leadership services, and delivered explicit outcomes of reducing manual report handling, empowering users to generate detailed reports independently, and consolidating more services and inquiries through the Coral virtual agent.
