| LCPtracker | Legacy | LCPtracker Pro | Payroll | HCM | n/a | 2010 | 2010 |
In 2010, Guarantee Electrical implemented LCPtracker Pro to centralize Payroll workflows used by its payroll, safety, and fleet teams. The deployment aimed to institutionalize certified payroll reporting and time capture for truck and driver hours, aligning the application name LCPtracker Pro with the company Payroll function.
Configuration emphasized modules for time collection and payroll hours transfers, certified payroll printing and recordkeeping, and generation of Union Reports. The implementation also included safety and compliance capabilities, specifically incident and injury tracking, recording Safety Data Sheets from the field, and logging medical, damage, theft, accident, and workers compensation events.
Operational coverage extended to roles and functions described by the organization, including Payroll, Safety, Fleet Coordinator, and Receptionist activities; a coordinator documented use of these capabilities from 2008 to 2018 and performed tasks such as making payroll hours transfers and printing certified payroll reports. The system was set up to track electrician training and certificates, schedule meetings and training events, and record background and driving record checks as part of routine workforce administration.
Governance and process configuration focused on compliance workflows for certified payroll and union reporting, evidence retention for safety incidents and SDS records, and structured tracking of training and certification to support workforce credentialing. Guarantee Electrical LCPtracker Pro Payroll integration touchpoints centered on exporting payroll hours for downstream processing and consolidating safety and training records to reduce fragmented manual recordkeeping.

| Viewpoint Construction | Legacy | Viewpoint Vista | Construction ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Guarantee Electrical migrated its on premise Viewpoint Vista instance to the cloud and concurrently implemented Viewpoint Team to modernize project and document workflows. The move targeted enterprise Construction ERP needs across finance, project management and field operations, using Viewpoint Vista as the system of record and Viewpoint Team to tie back office and field processes together.
The implementation retained existing field capture capabilities delivered earlier through Viewpoint Field Time, and extended those workflows with cloud based document management and project tracking via Viewpoint Team. Key functional workstreams included payroll processing improvements, reduction of manual paper based transfers through increased scanning and paperless processes, and material management automation exemplified by the truck stock import used to update more than 4,000 potential materials per service van.
Deployment architecture shifted from a St Louis centric data center and disaster recovery site with Citrix remote access to a cloud hosted Vista environment, with the migration completed in less than 36 hours. The rollout was executed with phased end user tasks and extensive pre cutover communications, producing a near seamless weekend cutover for users and enabling ubiquitous login from office, home or remote locations.
Governance and operational outcomes were explicit, Guarantee Electrical reduced its storage footprint at the disaster recovery site by about 30 percent and removed much of the server, SQL and database upgrade burden from internal IT. Processing speed and collaboration improved, for example the truck stock import dropped from more than one hour to under 15 minutes, and the cloud deployment produced greater flexibility to add users, add locations and change licensing without front end capital storage purchases.
