FIS Global Legacy FIS GETPAID AR Automation ERP n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Guardian Industries implemented FIS GETPAID for AR Automation. The deployment addressed enterprise accounts receivable functions within Guardian's global finance organization, with an emphasis on cash application and credit and collections workflows. FIS GETPAID was configured to deliver cash application and credit and collections capabilities, using automated remittance matching and collections case management consistent with AR Automation functionality. Integration development connected FIS GETPAID into Guardian's Financial Data Hub which aggregated payment and transactional feeds for posting to the general ledger in Infor Sun Systems and for downstream loading into the corporate data warehouse. Reporting outputs from FIS GETPAID were surfaced through Microsoft SSAS cubes, PowerBI and Tableau to support credit, collections and treasury analytics. Project activities included business analysis, configuration, documentation, training and ongoing support, with project management and mentoring of finance staff on accounting controls and processes. Operational coverage included finance, credit and collections and cash management teams, and the implementation sat alongside other global financial systems such as Ceridian payroll, Concur travel and OneStream financial consolidations. Governance focused on standardizing AR workflows and centralizing integration orchestration through the Financial Data Hub.

In 2015, Guardian Industries implemented Ceridian Dayforce Payroll to centralize payroll processing across its global manufacturing operations. The Ceridian Dayforce Payroll implementation served the Payroll function for a company with approximately 18,000 employees and was delivered alongside a broader set of financial systems projects at Guardian Industries. Explicit integrations implemented as part of the program included Infor Sun Systems for the general ledger, GetPaid for cash application and credit and collections, Concur for travel and entertainment, and OneStream for financial consolidations. Reporting and analytics capabilities were developed using Microsoft SSAS Cubes, PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel to support payroll reconciliation and financial reporting needs. Governance and operationalization encompassed integration development, documentation, training, project management, and ongoing support, with internal mentoring on GAAP accounting and financial controls to align payroll workflows with corporate finance processes.

Hexagon Legacy HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) Enterprise Asset Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Guardian Industries implemented HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) as its Enterprise Asset Management platform across manufacturing operations. The deployment was positioned to enable reliability process transformation and to provide a sustained remote training and support capability for Guardian Glass operations worldwide. The HxGN EAM implementation emphasized core Enterprise Asset Management capabilities, including an asset registry and hierarchy, preventive maintenance planning, work order management, spare parts and inventory control, and operational reporting to support reliability workflows. Configuration work focused on aligning EAM functional modules to maintenance planning and reliability engineering practices, and on provisioning training environments for hands on learning and configuration validation. Operational ownership for the EAM transformation included a remote based EAM Training and Support Specialist role responsible for new and existing reliability process development and improvements. That role communicates directly with Guardian manufacturing facilities around the world, delivers technical training, acts as a change leader to drive user adoption, and supports the full lifecycle of the HxGN EAM platform from commissioning through sustainment. Governance elements centered on organizational change management, training curriculum development, and establishment of sustainment processes to embed new maintenance workflows. Long term value creation for Guardian Glass is framed around user adoption and long term sustainment of the EAM Transformation supported by ongoing training and global operational engagement.
