The program was operationally aligned with a concurrent SAP FC roll-out, enabling coordinated financial closing orchestration between SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and SAP FC. Operational coverage emphasized group finance and accounting activities, with the system serving as the transactional backbone for the group Target Operating Model deployment.

Operational coverage spanned HR administrators, Group managers and the broader employee population, with over 300 managers participating in the initial compensation campaigns and nearly 80 percent of Group employees logging into the new portal within three months of launch. Guerbet branded the employee portal MyHR following an internal survey conducted in January 2017, establishing a single access point for compensation, performance and recruitment workflows.
Deployment adhered closely to the initial schedule, enabling synchronized rollouts of compensation and performance processes, and Arago Consulting supported implementation governance and cutover activities. Reported outcomes from the rollout included rapid user adoption and limited data anomalies, with subsequent module rollouts staged to expand recruitment and talent management capabilities.
