In 2012 GUESS implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its core ERP Financial application to centralize IT purchasing, invoicing and GL reporting for Guess, Inc. The implementation supported administrative functions for the CIO, CTO and the IT organization based in Los Angeles, California, and became the system of record for entering POs, expense reports and project budget tracking.
The deployment used Oracle Financial R12 capabilities within Oracle E-Business Suite, including Oracle iProcurement for supply and purchase order entry, Oracle iExpense for executive and director expense processing, and General Ledger posting for monthly GL reporting. Functional workflows implemented include PO creation and vendor communication, assignment of accounting GL codes and cost centers, invoice processing and approval handoffs to Accounts Payable, and maintenance of IT project budgets and remaining amounts.
Operational integrations evident in practice include feeding scanned contracts, POs, quotes, invoices and timesheets into an EMC Document Content Management system for records management, and coordinated interactions with Accounts Payable and external vendors for invoice submission and approval. The system supported IT Time Tracker management, with time and project setups used to generate GL reporting, and routine support processes for expense and procurement entry by IT administrative staff.
Governance and workflow changes centered on formalizing invoice routing, approval tracking and GL coding practices, centralizing contract and agreement filing, and establishing a single entry point for IT procurement and expense transactions into Oracle E-Business Suite. Day to day ownership and controls were operationalized by administrative and executive assistant roles that managed PO entry, invoice submission, approvals coordination and document scanning into the EMC repository.

| Infinite Computer Solutions | Legacy | Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ) | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, GUESS deployed Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ) as its Applicant Tracking System to manage external hiring through its public careers site. The implementation positioned Infinite BrassRing on GUESS.com as the primary recruitment intake and candidate lifecycle platform supporting corporate talent acquisition and recruiting functions for the retailer.
The configuration emphasized web-facing capabilities, with the Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ) Applicant Tracking System handling requisition posting to the careers portal, candidate application capture, structured application forms, and candidate tracking workflows. Standard ATS functional components such as resume parsing, configurable hiring workflows, and recruiter hiring-stage orchestration were used to align sourcing and selection processes with GUESS recruiting practices.
Operationally the deployment covered the company career site integration and routed external applicant traffic into BrassRing for review by recruiting and hiring teams. Governance centered on embedded hiring workflows and approval routing inside the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring candidate data and requisition state were controlled within the application rather than through separate web forms or manual tracking.
