Project governance included establishing HR process ownership, staged rollout sequencing and on the job training programs. Project staff led and guided junior team members to accelerate system understanding, and discovered and developed new process flows to smooth everyday implementation tasks and improve customer ease of use beyond the system scope, with ad hoc support and training delivered to a broader customer set including Bina Darulaman Berhad, BonusKad Loyalty Sdn Bhd (BonusLink), Eastern & Oriental Berhad, Jobstreet and Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad among others.
