In 2020 Habito implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial system to centralize accounting and payment workflows across its mortgage and property services operations. The project was executed with Sansa Solutions providing implementation and ongoing NetSuite support, aligning the Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment to Habito’s finance and payments priorities for an online mortgage brokerage.
The implementation focused on core accounting configuration, payment method orchestration, accounts payable automation, reporting and reconciliation workflows. Sansa Solutions configured Oracle NetSuite ERP to automate routine bookkeeping tasks and to provide beginner training and report building for Habito’s finance business partner and accounting staff.
A key integration delivered was an API-based connector between Oracle NetSuite ERP and Stripe which automated the most time-consuming elements of Habito’s payment process. Sansa Solutions also implemented automation to pull bank fees accurately into NetSuite and extended support into AP automation projects, reducing manual reconciliation touch points and centralizing transaction posting within the ERP Financial environment.
Governance and operationalization included hands-on training, beginner-level support, and an ongoing managed support contract with Sansa Solutions which Habito renewed. Reported operational outcomes from the work included a reduction in the Stripe-related monthly effort from a day and a half to a few minutes per day, and continued incremental automation projects overseen by the support relationship.
