The configuration emphasized out of the box workflow templates and lightweight automation appropriate for the company size, deployed as a cloud hosted onboarding solution. The rollout targeted HR and showroom managers, standardizing paperwork collection, compliance document capture, and task tracking to reduce manual handoffs and create a single employee onboarding record. Separately Haight integrated a Broadlume website with RFMS to modernize online sales, lead capture, and customer communications, and the vendor testimonial reports strong adoption and improved customer communication and scheduling after the Broadlume RFMS integration, increasing operational efficiency for the showroom.
