To-Increase RapidValue was used as a development and rapid-prototyping tool during solution design, enabling structured process modeling and faster handoffs between consulting and technical teams.
Columbus acted as the systems integrator for the engagement, with on-site consultants traveling internationally to conduct scoping workshops, map manufacturing and retail fulfillment processes, and deliver end user training across Europe. The implementation integrated To-Increase RapidValue outputs with AX 2012R3 modules for Finance, Supply Chain, and Mobile Client functionality, creating a coordinated application and process layer across those business functions.
Governance and rollout used the Sure Step+ methodology, with Change Management Group involvement to manage adoption and user readiness.
