In 2015 Dominos Pizza deployed Microsoft Dynamics AX in an ERP Financial engagement led by Columbus Global AS, with consultant activity centered in Nottingham and extensive travel across Europe. The program targeted finance, supply chain and mobile transaction workflows to bring transactional controls and operational data into a unified enterprise system.
The implementation used Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012R3 and configured core modules including Finance, Supply Chain, and the Mobile Client. Consultants applied the Sure Step+ methodology and used Rapid Value as a development tool, running scoping workshops, requirements capture, iterative configuration cycles, and final cutover planning.
Columbus consultants performed onsite consultancy and end user training across European sites, liaising with Dominos management to validate business requirements and adapt system configuration to store fulfillment and manufacturing related processes. The team worked with Change Management Group CMG to support organizational readiness, adoption, and the structured go live sequence.
Microsoft Dynamics AX was instrumented to support finance led accounting controls, supply chain orchestration, and mobile client transaction capture for operations staff, delivered through a structured Sure Step+ go live process. Columbus served as the implementation partner from scoping to go live, and the engagement concluded with positive customer notation on training and rollout effectiveness.

In 2021, Dominos Pizza implemented Zellis ResourceLink HR as its Core HR platform to centralize People and HRIS operations across the United Kingdom. The implementation supports approximately 1630 employees and aligns with the company’s hybrid working model across its Milton Keynes headquarters and London offices.
The deployment emphasized Zellis ResourceLink HR People modules, configured for core employee record management, workforce administration, position and absence controls, HR workflow automation, employee self service, and operational reporting. Governance and rollout responsibilities were assigned to the HRIS Analyst and People team, who managed administration, incremental enhancements, and process alignment to optimize and maintain the efficiency of the HR technology infrastructure.

In 2015, Dominos Pizza implemented To-Increase RapidValue as a Business Process Management solution alongside a major AX 2012R3 deployment. The To-Increase RapidValue installation was positioned to support process scoping, requirements capture, and development tooling during the consultancy period and eventual Go-Live, aligning Business Process Management workstreams with Dynamics AX program activities.
The deployment covered configuration and automation activities tied to Finance and Supply Chain functional areas and extended to AX Mobile Client scenarios. To-Increase RapidValue was used as a development and rapid-prototyping tool during solution design, enabling structured process modeling and faster handoffs between consulting and technical teams.
Columbus acted as the systems integrator for the engagement, with on-site consultants traveling internationally to conduct scoping workshops, map manufacturing and retail fulfillment processes, and deliver end user training across Europe. The implementation integrated To-Increase RapidValue outputs with AX 2012R3 modules for Finance, Supply Chain, and Mobile Client functionality, creating a coordinated application and process layer across those business functions.
Governance and rollout used the Sure Step+ methodology, with Change Management Group involvement to manage adoption and user readiness.
