Linetime Legacy Linetime Liberate BI Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2018 2019
In 2018 Hamlins LLP announced implementation of Linetime Liberate BI across practice management, CRM and business intelligence to centralise management information, with go live estimated in 2019. The initiative targeted consolidation of firm wide reporting and operational controls under a single Analytics and BI platform to improve visibility for senior partners and the finance function. Linetime Liberate BI was deployed to cover practice management workflows, CRM record management and business intelligence reporting. The deployment included finance and case management process instrumentation, standardised management information reporting, dashboarding and cashflow monitoring capabilities typical of Analytics and BI platforms. Configuration focused on aligning matter level financials with CRM client records to support cashflow control and risk management across fee earning teams and back office finance. The programme scope was firm wide across Hamlins UK operations, explicitly covering finance, case management and CRM processes. Governance emphasis was placed on centralising management information to drive efficiencies, strengthen cashflow control and improve risk management, with phased rollout and operational handover planned around the 2019 go live timetable.
