RFMS ERP was configured to handle accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows, including processing invoices through RFMS, processing intercompany claims through RFMS and entering payments, and reconciling credit card transactions. The implementation included job costing and tracking of accrued orders, deposit posting through RFMS for two stores, and processing referral checks for members, with tax processing workflows for Florida sales tax and submission of payment.
The implementation integrated a payroll interface by processing payroll and uploading it to Netchex for one store, making Netchex the explicit external integration point. Operational scope and business functions impacted included accounting, payroll, store operations, tax compliance, and project job costing, all operating within the RFMS ERP Retail Management environment.
Governance and workflow specifics were enforced at the transaction level, with invoices entered and routed through RFMS, intercompany claim processing and payment posting handled inside RFMS, a defined cadence for credit card reconciliation, payroll export and upload to Netchex, and structured posting of deposits and accrued job costs to reflect store and project financials.
