Configurations focused on automated invoice formatting, tax and signature workflows, validation against regulatory rules, and enhanced reporting capabilities within Business Central. Integration architecture used the Novasoft ZATCA connector to link Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central directly to the ZATCA portal, enabling automated submission of both standard and simple invoices without third party tools. Operational coverage included finance and operations teams, store-level transaction feeds from 120 plus outlets, and order flows from virtual brands, processing over 2,000 simple invoices and more than 500 standard invoices daily through the integrated flow. Governance was centered on centralized compliance controls and workflow orchestration within Business Central to reduce manual intervention and improve data accuracy. Outcomes reported by HB Brands included automated compliance with ZATCA, reduced manual effort, improved reporting capabilities, and greater system scalability while allowing teams to focus on customer experience and expansion objectives.
