In 2002, Heineken Hungary implemented R&R FusionR SFA, a mobile CRM field representative solution developed and delivered by R&R Software to support sales-force automation and a national Trade Census project in Hungary. The R&R FusionR SFA rollout targeted field-sales teams and trade marketing operations to standardize visit execution, data capture, and sales activity reporting.
The implementation included mobile client software for field representatives, server-side synchronization services, and integrations with BI and data-warehouse components to centralize trade census records and sales transaction data.
