In 2016 Heineken Switzerland implemented SAP Profitability and Performance Management to support Controlling and Revenue Management functions across its Swiss operations. The SAP Profitability and Performance Management application was deployed to centralize profitability analytics, budgeting workflows, and monthly volume and GPNet reporting, and it is classified under the EPM Apps Category.
Configuration emphasis included profitability modeling, allocation rule sets, contribution margin reporting and budget orchestration capabilities aligned with commercial controlling and marketing budgeting needs. The deployment explicitly integrated with SAP CO-PA for budget preparation for LE and AP and supported monthly volume and GPNet reporting streams used by the Revenue Management team during the TTOP project. Cooperation with a BPM team in Cracow provided configuration and process alignment support for the implementation.
