The engagement surfaced infrastructure issues that informed broader IT strategy, and it captured 45 additional project opportunities for downstream follow-on work, while also managing cultural and change governance challenges that had affected prior attempts. Governance and delivery were structured around formal project documentation including a project plan, risk log and issues log, with weekly steering updates to senior management and active management of delivery to business stakeholders. The Infor System21 Aurora ERP Financial implementation was reported as successfully completed and followed by further process automation and workflow projects to stabilize and extend operational use.

Operational coverage extended to manufacturing sites and support for site expansion plans, with the HRIS configured to support pandemic-related workforce actions such as furlough workflow capture and policy administration. Governance changes accompanied the rollout, including a restructured HR team to embed HR foundations and consistent best practices, rollout of hybrid working policy and training, a revised recruitment and benefits approach, and an increased focus on apprenticeships to address skills gaps. Implementation ownership remained with internal HR leadership, and the program delivered a live Core HR and Time and Attendance platform aligned to the companys UK operational and payroll cadence.

Operationally the project is maintained through an ongoing application support and maintenance program, with ERP Application Developer responsibilities covering incident remediation, module-level support for manufacturing, supply chain and finance, requirements-driven SQL report development and EDI transaction implementations. Change management has emphasized iterative configuration and developer-led enhancements to System 21, with the team owning forms, reporting and EDI integration streams for continuous production support.
