| Infor | Legacy | Infor Lawson | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Hibbett Sports deployed Infor Lawson as its core ERP Financial application. The program transitioned Infor Lawson HR, PR and Financial applications from on-premise infrastructure to Infor's Cloudsuite, establishing a cloud-hosted instance to centralize payroll and human resources processing alongside financial controls.
The Infor Lawson implementation covered HR, PR and Financial modules and was configured to support standard ERP Financial capabilities, including payroll processing and integrated financial transaction workflows. Business Intelligence development and a corporate data warehouse were instrumented to consume and reconcile transactional feeds from Infor Lawson, supporting reporting and data consolidation across finance and HR functions.
Integrations were extensive and explicitly engineered, including application integration development between Oracle Micros POS systems and JDA across over 1,000 stores, integration of Infor Lawson HR, PR and Financial Applications with 20 other internal and external applications, and data integration between the eCommerce website and internal systems. The program also integrated JDA Markdown Optimization and Demand utilization applications with the JDA Merchandise Management System MMS, and implemented monitoring and notification mechanisms for POS to JDA interfaces. The Oracle Micros Xstore rollout to approximately 1,000 stores was co-led alongside the Lawson deployment to align point of sale, merchandising and financial flows.
Operational governance centered on cross functional ownership spanning enterprise retail stores, eCommerce, finance, HR and merchandising, with centralized application integration development and BI teams responsible for ongoing interface maintenance and datawarehouse integration. The deployment positioned Infor Lawson as the authoritative ERP Financial system for Hibbett Sports, unifying payroll, HR and financial transaction processing across retail and corporate operations.

In 2014, Hibbett Sports deployed iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System. iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System is being used as an Applicant Tracking System embedded on Hibbett's careers website to capture external job listings and candidate applications for the company's talent acquisition function.
The implementation leverages standard ATS capabilities including job posting, career-site integration, candidate management, resume parsing, and configurable requisition workflows to route applicants to recruiting and hiring teams. Integrations with other backend HR systems are not specified in the source, so the configuration emphasis is on career site embedding and applicant intake. Governance and operational workflows were organized around recruiting lifecycle stages and requisition approvals, with configuration aligned to retail hiring use cases across store-level and corporate recruiting channels.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Retail Merchandising System | Retail Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Hibbett Sports implemented Oracle Retail Merchandising System as a core Retail Management platform to centralize merchandising, inventory processing, and omnichannel order orchestration. The engagement focused on integrating the Oracle Retail Merchandising System with existing ecommerce and fulfillment touchpoints to support order fulfillment, shipment processing, inventory synchronization, and daily sales reporting across retail and ecommerce channels.
The implementation emphasized near real-time integration architecture, using Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange CDC to stream order and inventory changes between systems. Integration patterns were architected for processing JSON and XML payloads in both cloud and on-premise tools, and Informatica CDC was used for critical, near real-time order fulfillment and shipment interfaces.
Named system integrations included Radial OMS, WMS, JDA MMS, Demandware DW, and various fulfillment systems, with Control-M used to orchestrate daily and near real-time schedules for these interfaces. Supporting operational processes included a PL/SQL and shell script driven daily purge for inventory data, ad hoc performance tuning of integrations, and exception data analysis with complex SQL for daily sales report reconciliation.
Operational governance covered Informatica PowerCenter repository administration, PowerExchange CDC real-time setup, coordinated release management and QA for production deployments, and involvement in project estimation. The narrative centers on Hibbett Sports, Oracle Retail Merchandising System, Retail Management and the technical and operational controls required to sustain omnichannel order and inventory flows.
