The deployment was configured to administer performance evaluations, 360 reviews and goal setting as part of nonprofit HR and talent management activities in the Dubuque, Iowa region, United States. The implementation provisioned a self service portal for employees to submit reviews and track goals, extending manager and employee access to appraisal records and objective tracking. iSolved Share & Perform was configured to centralize performance records and to structure review workflows across HR and leadership, aligning review cycles and goal progress monitoring with existing annual appraisal cadences. Governance shifted to embed 360 reviews into standard appraisal workflows and to assign accountability through the employee self service experience, improving accountability and efficiency in performance management across the organization. The rollout focused on nonprofit HR operations for Hills & Dales and emphasized configuration of performance evaluation, 360 feedback and goal-setting modules within the iSolved Share & Perform application.
