Governance shifted to embed 360 reviews into standard appraisal workflows and to assign accountability through the employee self service experience, improving accountability and efficiency in performance management across the organization. The rollout focused on nonprofit HR operations for Hills & Dales and emphasized configuration of performance evaluation, 360 feedback and goal-setting modules within the iSolved Share & Perform application.
