Scope of the rollout covered Hilti UAE finance, procurement, warehouse and sales teams, centralizing transactional posting and inventory visibility within SAP Business One. Data migration, user training and cutover planning were executed during realization to prepare business users for the go live.
Project governance followed a full lifecycle approach from vendor selection through go live, with defined blueprint deliverables, realization sprints and a formal transition to support teams after go live. Post go live support and stabilization were included in the program to address configuration refinements and operational handover.
