These integrations linked CRM activity data to analytics and centralized digital assets to support field execution and sales enablement. Governance and rollout were anchored in training and team management, with sales leadership overseeing completion and submission of Foodservice account and distributor paperwork and internal adoption of the configured workflows. The deployment timeline corresponds with internal staffing dates from April 2018 to July 2020, during which the sales organization maintained operational control of Repsly Sales Director configuration and process governance.
