In 2018, HiPP implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as part of a broader SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite deployment. The program targeted Core HR processes for HiPP GmbH & Co. Vertrieb KG and was scoped to support approximately 3,500 employees across all relevant international locations where the company operates and exports products to over 50 countries.
The implementation encompassed Employee Central, Learning Management Solution, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, Goals & Performance, Succession, Analytics, Onboarding, and Jam. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central was configured to centralize employee master data, organization management, and standard core HR workflows, while LMS and Recruiting modules established structured learning paths and talent acquisition flows.
Project work included the introduction of digital personnel files, digital document generation, and a digital certificate generator, implemented under overall project management for the suite deployment. The Analytics module was provisioned to consolidate HR reporting and workforce insights inside the HCM Suite to support people analytics and HR operational dashboards.
An overall project manager led the SAP SuccessFactors implementation across relevant international locations and established governance for digital personnel records and document generation processes. HiPP positioned the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite to transform HR into a lean and effective resource and to enable HR to become a faster, more strategic business partner.
