ReadyTech Legacy ReadyTech HR3 Core HR HCM n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 HLB Mann Judd deployed ReadyTech HR3 to centralize Core HR functions across its HR and payroll operations. ReadyTech HR3 was positioned as the primary Core HR system to support daily HR workflows and operational HR administration for the firm. ReadyTech HR3 was configured to support end to end payroll processing including internal and client based payroll and superannuation reporting, and to manage recruitment workflows including reference checks, onboarding, probationary and performance review processes, and exiting staff. The implementation scope included learning and training administration, maintaining employee training hours and CPD point records, and operational Workplace Health and Safety tasks aligned with HR responsibilities. The ReadyTech HR3 deployment operated alongside other HRIS programs identified in operational maintenance tasks, notably HR3 People and ELMO, and coordinated internal communications through the Tibbr intranet. Operational coverage extended across the HR function and interfaced with finance activities such as accounts receivable and accounts payable processing, with end of month reporting consolidated through HR and payroll routines. Governance and process changes documented during the rollout included updates to policies and procedures, employment contracts and position descriptions, formalization of recruitment and onboarding pipelines, and structured training and user adoption activities. Day to day HR advisory, representation at firm events, and administration of the graduate recruitment program were integrated into ReadyTech HR3 driven workflows to standardize HR operations.
