Operational scope centered on Hokodo’s finance and accounting functions and extended to support sales-led revenue processes that required tighter transactional control. The project team of NetSuite architects and Accounting Advisors worked to embed the accounting logic into NetSuite records and transaction flows, ensuring the platform could represent funds held on behalf of third parties alongside Hokodo’s own balances.
Governance and cutover were supported by a dedicated Macrofin team that provided focused user acceptance testing support and cutover assistance, enabling a compressed timeline and earlier adoption.
