In 2015 Homecorp implemented Databuild Accounting as its ERP Financial application to consolidate construction accounting and estimating workflows. The Databuild Accounting deployment supported corporate finance and estimating functions for Homecorp Constructions, operating across Surfers Paradise, S/E Queensland and the Capricorn Coast, and was used to manage master and lot specific estimates for multiple 20M+ estate developments.
Databuild Accounting was configured with core ERP Financial capabilities, including general ledger configuration, project accounting and job cost structures, accounts payable and accounts receivable modules, and cost reporting aligned to estates and lots. Configuration emphasized construction oriented chart of accounts and job cost hierarchies to capture lot level cost and revenue attribution.
The implementation included a data migration and integration effort, merging estimate and project data from an existing Bizprac system into Databuild Accounting, and validating master and lot estimate records. A short term production estimator was engaged in Surfers Paradise from June 2016 to July 2016 to produce master and lot specific estimates and to assist with data reconciliation for multiple estate developments across S/E Queensland and the Capricorn Coast.
Governance and rollout centered on coordinating finance and estimating teams, establishing job number governance, and aligning estimating workflows with accounting ledger and reporting processes. The deployment involved configuration, data validation and procedural handoffs between estimating and finance to operationalize lot level accounting.

In 2013 Homecorp implemented Bizprac in the Construction ERP,Construction Estimating category to support estimating and project cost control workflows. The Bizprac implementation was configured to serve estimating and preconstruction disciplines rather than a pure financial ERP, concentrating on bid preparation, quantity takeoff inputs, and structured estimate roll ups for staged residential developments.
Configuration work centered on producing master and lot specific estimates, using centralized cost library and estimate templating to manage multiple $20M plus estate developments. Operational use cases documented in project work included production estimating to generate master estimates and lot level bills of quantities across contiguous lots, consistent with Construction ERP,Construction Estimating functional patterns.
Operational coverage extended to Homecorp Constructions project sites in Surfers Paradise QLD and broader S/E Queensland and Capricorn Coast regions, with production estimator activity recorded in June 2016 to July 2016 on a short term hire basis. In 2016 Homecorp implemented Databuild and performed a data merge from the existing Bizprac system, indicating an explicit integration effort to transfer estimate and cost data between Bizprac and Databuild environments.
Rollout and governance activities were pragmatic and task focused, using temporary estimator resources to populate and validate master and lot specific estimates while the Databuild implementation and data consolidation proceeded. System governance emphasized maintaining a single source for master estimate templates and lot breakdowns to support downstream estimating and procurement workflows across Homecorp Constructions projects.
