Governance and day-to-day operations were structured around a centralized systems software support role that provided first level desktop and systems troubleshooting, conducted on-the-spot induction training for new accountants until proficiency in Lawson was achieved, tracked discrepancies and unresolved issues across departments, and executed special short term tasks such as the LSF 9 migration. These governance activities embedded operational ownership within Finance and established documented coordination with MIS for technical escalations.
