| In-House Applications | Legacy | In-House ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014, Hudson implemented In-House ATS as an Applicant Tracking System to standardize recruitment delivery and to support its RPO engagements where a Hudson owned platform was preferred by clients. The implementation began with collaboration between Hudson delivery teams and client stakeholders to scope and map reporting requirements in line with SLAs and KPIs, ensuring the year 2014 is directly associated with the In-House ATS rollout and governance planning.
The In-House ATS deployment concentrated on design, build and testing of core candidate lifecycle workflows and reporting capabilities, with an emphasis on configuring requisition management, candidate data tracking and exportable operational reports. Hudson established a formal framework for ATS design to facilitate efficient raw data extraction and to ensure the implementation identifies and addresses client and user requirements through iterative testing and validation.
Where clients adopted their preferred third party ATS as part of the RPO solution, Hudson performed analysis and mapping of the external system design to establish and drive the method of communication between the ATS and Hudson operational reports framework, aligning data models and export interfaces. Operational coverage included recruitment operations, client delivery teams and reporting functions, with integration points designed around data feeds and report orchestration rather than specific vendor technologies.
Governance incorporated SLA and KPI mapping into acceptance criteria, formal review of operational process flows and refinement of steps for ATS related data tracking, and staged testing and sign off with client teams. The implementation narrative centers on application configuration, reporting architecture and process redesign to support consistent extraction of raw data and reliable operational reporting from the In-House ATS.

Operational scope covered client delivery, training, sales enablement, and internal collaboration across Hudson's US operations, with sessions surfaced through the Hudson website to simplify external participant access. Governance focused on standardized meeting templates, access control and recording retention policies, and integrations were limited to web embedding of Adobe Connect sessions as documented on the Hudson site.
