Governance and process changes included adoption of declarative templates and automated provisioning workflows to replace manual hardware configuration, shifting operational control toward versioned infrastructure as code. Reported outcomes included much faster provisioning measured in hours versus days, enabled container and ephemeral workloads, and improved compute delivery and automation for genomics pipelines as reported in HPE industry case materials.
