Configuration and functional coverage centered on email monitoring for supplier invoices, detailed invoice coding across more than 200 nominal codes spanning four departments, and an approval workflow executed exclusively inside Yooz AP Automation. Where required the team created invoices manually in Sage 1000 and used Sage 1000 for subsequent ledger posting, preserving a dual-tool operational pattern between Yooz AP Automation and Sage 1000.
Operational processes included marking invoices for payment after Yooz approvals, running a weekly payment run approximately equal to 600K, and posting payments manually in Sage 1000. Daily activity also covered report generation, filing, statement reconciliations, discrepancy investigation, supplier chasing, ad hoc online banking payments, and direct liaison with wider company stakeholders and suppliers, indicating end-to-end accounts payable coverage for the purchase ledger team and four departmental cost centers.
