Operational coverage included completing monthly financial statements, multiple bank and credit card reconciliations, and three international bank reconciliations, alongside processing international VAT payments and monthly sales tax filings. The deployment handled company wide payroll operations and 401K administration while supporting billing and cash management processes across both entities. Process governance work included reviewing and standardizing processes in Billing, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, General Ledger and Cost Accounting, and developing and maintaining reporting and internal control procedures. The activity emphasized ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial processes, proactive issue resolution, and contributing to the development of creative operational solutions within the Oracle NetSuite ERP environment.
