Operational design reflected a mixed delivery model with payroll semi-outsourced for France and outsourced for the subsidiaries, and explicit data interfaces for HRIS reporting with Nibelis, Lucca and Trinet as referenced systems. The implementation supported daily HR case management between HR, managers and employees, and integrated payroll inputs from variable pay and time off systems into centralized payroll control routines.
