Integrations were implemented with Hyland OnBase for document management and with downstream legacy systems for transactional exchange and archival, all orchestrated on the Duck Creek On-Demand platform. The deployment targeted enterprise coverage across claims operations, policy administration, billing and analytics functions, with integration points organized to support automated routing and document retrieval within claims workflows. Program governance emphasized delivery transformation, with the IT organization building offshore engagement and delivery practices and executing an agile transformation using CD/CI principles and tools. Release and configuration management processes were embedded into application delivery to support ongoing updates to Duck Creek Claims and the adjoining Duck Creek modules.
