Governance and process changes focused on enforcing timely invoice issuance to meet monthly billing targets, centralizing invoice posting in Sage 300 ERP, and establishing procedures for responding to client invoice queries and producing amended invoices. The implementation assigned custody of billing issuance and full cycle AP to finance and billing teams, standardizing workflows for monthly billing and client-facing invoice analysis.
