Operational scope covers the UK subscriber base and commercial operations, where the platform became the primary charging and billing engine during the operator’s early growth and remains in use following a multi year contract extension announced in 2023. Governance was structured around billing and product teams to manage offer catalog, entitlement lifecycle and real time policy updates, enabling centralized control of subscriber monetization and customer care workflows.
