| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP | n/a | 2010 | 2010 |
In 2010, IDEXX Laboratories deployed FIS GETPAID as its AR Automation application to centralize collections and accounts receivable processes across the credit and finance organization. The implementation positioned FIS GETPAID as the collection software for charge posting, dispute tracking and accounts receivable reporting while establishing a single source for DSO calculation and AR aging analysis.
The FIS GETPAID deployment supported functional modules and capabilities including DSO Calculation and Analysis, Bad Debt Write-off and Recovery Analysis, Accounts Receivable Reporting and Analysis, and reconciliation workflows. IDEXX maintained a financial analysis model within the AR function to evaluate credit risk of high exposure customers, supporting Financial Ratios, P and L Trending, and Revenue Analyses, and used FIS GETPAID as the operational hub for dispute resolution and concise reconciliations.
Operational coverage for FIS GETPAID centered on credit management, collections and finance teams, and extended to strategic customer relationships including leasing partners, distributors and national veterinary accounts. The implementation fed departmental managerial reporting and was used by the primary point of contact for strategic customers to negotiate terms and resolve disputes, and to evaluate small business credit risk through review of customer financials and DandB reporting.
Governance around FIS GETPAID included establishment of quantitative goal tracking for credit staff, a new hire training manual and mentoring for the credit department, and administration of the collection application by a designated software administrator. IDEXX also performed internal quality assurance audits aligned to ISO 9001:2008 standards across R and D, new product development and laboratory management, and continually identified and implemented process improvements while delivering exceptional customer service, timely dispute resolution and concise reconciliations.

| Phenom | Oracle Taleo Cloud Service | PhenomPeople ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, IDEXX Laboratories implemented PhenomPeople ATS as its Applicant Tracking System. The deployment replaced Oracle Taleo Cloud Service and is instrumented on IDEXX's public careers site to manage job postings and candidate applications.
PhenomPeople ATS was configured to centralize core recruiting functions typical of the Applicant Tracking System category, including job requisition creation, career site job publishing, application intake, candidate profile management, and configurable workflows for screening and interview steps. The implementation emphasized career site integration, with PhenomPeople ATS handling the front-end application flow on IDEXX's website.
Operational ownership is centered in Talent Acquisition and HR, enabling hiring manager access, requisition approvals, and centralized candidate pipeline visibility through the PhenomPeople ATS. The system uses standard ATS concepts such as requisition lifecycle, candidate stages, and application routing to align recruiting operations with HR processes.
Governance and rollout activities focused on role based permissions, workflow configuration, and mapping existing hiring processes into the PhenomPeople ATS workflow engine to replace Oracle Taleo Cloud Service. The PhenomPeople ATS implementation at IDEXX Laboratories integrates career site application flows with internal recruiting workflows to unify candidate intake and requisition management.

| IBM | Legacy | IBM Maximo | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 IDEXX Laboratories deployed IBM Maximo as its Enterprise Asset Management platform to centralize global facilities EAM and CMMS workflows. The IBM Maximo implementation served the facilities business function and established a single application for asset lifecycle, work order management, and maintenance planning across IDEXX global sites.
The deployment was administered at an enterprise level with IBM Maximo v7.6 subject matter expertise evident in system administration and superuser responsibilities. Implementation artifacts and configurations included distinct DEV/QA/PROD environments, SQL based queries and start centers, cron tasks and escalation rules, and customized UI UX and reporting for facilities teams, with IBM Maximo used as the core Enterprise Asset Management and CMMS tool.
Integrations were managed end to end with explicit connections to ServiceNow for service management, SAP and WorkDay for enterprise data flows, and Directline Megamation as an adjacent maintenance system. Operational coverage included global facilities service catalog management, oversight of system integrations, and execution of user acceptance testing for both ServiceNow and IBM Maximo upgrades, enhancements, and fix packs.
Governance and operational ownership encompassed end user support and training, management of service level agreements, licensing and project statements of work, and budgetary and strategic planning for facilities EAM systems. The program used agile, scrum, and traditional project management practices, included participation in IT enterprise governance boards and facilities standards teams, and maintained procurement engagement for software selection and RFP processes.
