The implementation formed part of a broader BI and analytics program that built a full BI architecture using SAP S/4 HANA together with first-in-class data warehouse technologies, specifically SAP Data Warehouse Cloud and Snowflake, and cloud analytics and commercial systems including Veeva and Qlik. Functional coverage included Finance, HR, Procurement and Commercial divisions, and the program delivered planning and reporting capabilities, KPI dashboards, and slice-and-dice analytics consistent with ERP Financial workflows.
Integrations were explicitly instrumented between SAP S/4 HANA and the data warehouse layer, and the analytics stack aggregated over 15 distinct data sources to feed dashboards and planning solutions. The program was executed from the Basel area in Switzerland and provisioned cross-functional data flows between transactional ERP modules and downstream analytics and commercial systems.
Governance and delivery were centralized under a BI and Analytics Program Lead who managed cross-functional projects and tracked the full lifecycle from inception to handover. A team of 15 consultants translated and mapped requirements into system and technical solutions, and the project engaged with SAP and partners to enable the development approach. The effort produced strategic business KPI insights, dashboards and planning solutions sourced from a multi-system data architecture.

The US payroll work included country-specific payroll configuration and payroll interface components within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central environment, and the engagement established country-level HRIS administration and payroll process governance to support localized compliance.
