In 2015 iflix implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial platform to establish a cloud accounting foundation for expense invoice processing. Oracle NetSuite ERP is used to handle invoice processing of expenses incurred, and this ties iflix, Oracle NetSuite ERP, ERP Financial, to accounts payable and expense invoice processing within the finance organization.
The implementation concentrated on cloud accounting modules for accounts payable, expense management and core general ledger configuration inside Oracle NetSuite ERP. Invoice capture, supplier invoice entry, coding and approval routing workflows were configured to centralize expense processing and support period accounting. Configurations aligned with standard ERP Financial controls for invoice validation and posting to the general ledger.
Operationally, Oracle NetSuite ERP is currently responsible for invoice processing of expenses incurred, consolidating expense transactions into a single cloud accounting system that supports the companys financial close and reporting processes. Governance emphasized finance owned invoice workflows and centralized accounts payable controls, including role based approval routing and documented accounting mappings implemented as part of the configuration. The system functions as the primary cloud accounting application for expense invoice lifecycle at iflix.
