Operational flows routed contractor and visitor travel, roster and accommodation data to the site office processes, with manifest upload and passenger monitoring feeding into site administrative routines while financial transactions remained recorded in Pronto XI ERP.
Governance and day to day workflows were defined to align administration, procurement and HR adjacent tasks, covering roster maintenance, contractor access coordination, short term inductions, random DAS checks and preparation of end of month reports. The configuration supported site office staff and provided relief coverage for Management Assistant and HR Site Officer duties, with Pronto XI ERP serving as the transactional backbone for procurement and payable activity.
