In 2019, IH Services implemented EPAY HCM. The EPAY HCM deployment went live on January 1, 2019 and was adopted to move toward paperless HR and payroll processes for its multi state workforce. The initiative is positioned as a Core HR program to centralize employee records and standardize payroll administration across the United States. IH Services deployed EPAY HCM as an all in one HCM solution, configuring payroll processing, centralized personnel records, document management to support paperless workflows, and HR analytics capabilities to surface workforce insights. The configuration emphasis was on automating payroll runs and delivering analytics for a distributed U.S. workforce, consistent with Core HR functional workflows such as employee data management, payroll execution, and reporting. EPAY HCM was implemented to provide a unified source of HR data and operational reporting for HR and payroll teams. The rollout covered IH Services U.S. distributed workforce and targeted HR and payroll business functions, with the vendor announcing the system went live January 1, 2019. Governance and process change focused on shifting to paperless HR and payroll operations and enabling HR analytics for operational decision making. The vendor press release emphasized improved HR efficiencies and analytics for the companys U.S. workforce.
