Scope and Challenges

In the past, ILF was often faced with significant challenges in the area of Professional Service Automation (PSA), which could not be solved with the limited capabilities of the existing ERP system. So a number of isolated solutions had to be used to implement the necessary business processes. In view of the company's development goals, the implementation of an integrated ERP solution that meets the functional needs of a project-oriented organization was crucial.

In fall, 2017 ILF’s executives decide to implement Deltek ERP to improve visibility across its global entities and integrate core business functions.

Outcome and Implications

Bringing Deltek ERP, ILF supports all global business processes and significantly reduce the burden on internal administration. At the same time, the collaboration, reporting and analytics capabilities of Business Intelligence will be improved.
