Configuration work emphasized invoice matching and charge allocation rules within Oracle NetSuite ERP, G/L reconciliation workflows, and accruals for AP and employee expense reports. Functional capabilities implemented included AP invoice entry and approval routing, expense report and corporate card processing, vendor master setup, and month-end and year-end close activities tied to the general ledger.
The implementation integrated explicit external applications where noted, with invoices entered into Bill.com and synchronized into Oracle NetSuite ERP, and employee expense reports and corporate card transactions audited through Concur before posting. Operational coverage centered on the finance and accounting team, including AP aging review and vendor follow up, vendor onboarding in Bill.com linked to NetSuite vendor records, and issuance of annual 1099 forms to vendors and contractors.

The solution used Domo dataset and dashboard capabilities to centralize metrics and enable ad-hoc reporting via SQL queries.
Deployment scope included Marketing teams and Finance, with collaborative development cycles involving VPs, Directors, and other organizational stakeholders to define metrics and reporting requirements. Governance was operationalized through stakeholder-aligned metric definitions and iterative dashboard reviews, standardizing reporting across campaigns, events, and territory performance. Domo remained the focal application for Analytics and BI driven reporting and SQL-based data transformations at Illumio.
