The architecture emphasized modular HRMS components handling attendance, leave management and appraisal data flows for downstream payroll consumption. Governance was adjusted to enforce system-driven leave approvals and standardized overtime calculation rules, reducing manual intervention in HR workflows. Reported outcomes from the deployment included improved payroll accuracy and reduced manual errors as a result of automation and consolidated HR data.
