In 2015 Imperial Marketing deployed MicroStrategy ONE Analytics to support JRSI, a three tier online application that processed Chrysler everyday sales data for cars and accessories, aligning the implementation to the Analytics and BI category. The implementation focused on MicroStrategy Analytics tooling with MicroStrategy Desktop and a MicroStrategy Admin server providing the central report management layer.
The implementation delivered MicroStrategy dashboards and dynamic web reports for desktop consumption, and extended reporting to Apple devices such as iPhone and iPad for RM and IDM users. Development used MicroStrategy constructs including Attributes, Filters, Metrics, Facts, Prompts, Templates, Consolidation and Custom Groups, and reporting artifacts were organized into an I-Reports reporting framework to standardize design and reuse.
Server side work was built into the application tier using Spring and Hibernate, with Spring business bean classes configured in the Spring application context, Bean definitions and wiring implemented with Spring Core and Java annotations. DAO classes performed database operations, Hibernate configuration files and POJOs mapped objects to the relational schema, and code review, test plan preparation and a requirements traceability matrix were used to verify code changes for releases of www.jrsi.com.
Operational governance centered on release delivery and prioritized support workflows for the sales organization, deploying reports to both desktop and mobile channels for regional sales roles. MicroStrategy ONE Analytics served as the analytics platform for reporting, administration and dashboard orchestration, while backend Java, Spring and Hibernate components provided transactional data access and service layer processing for the JRSI application.

In 2021 Imperial Marketing implemented Microsoft 365 to centralize collaboration and productivity across the organization, deploying the Microsoft 365 Collaboration stack for corporate communications. Imperial Marketing is a United States based media firm with approximately 150 employees and the rollout targeted core business functions that support marketing, creative production, and client services.
The deployment included standard Microsoft 365 functional modules such as Exchange Online for email, SharePoint Online for intranet and content management, Microsoft Teams for real-time collaboration and meetings, OneDrive for individual file storage, and Office desktop and web applications. Configuration work aligned with Collaboration category patterns, addressing tenant-level settings for mail routing, SharePoint site architecture, Teams channel topology, and storage provisioning.
Public site source indicates Microsoft 365 services are active on the corporate web presence, which suggests use of Microsoft 365 for business communications and collaboration workflows tied to the website. Operational coverage focused on corporate staff across departments rather than a single site, applying Collaboration capabilities across marketing, creative, and client services teams.
Governance and operational controls were organized around centralized tenant administration and Azure Active Directory identity and access management, with administrative policies for external sharing and information governance that are typical for Microsoft 365 Collaboration deployments. This structure supports standardized user provisioning, policy enforcement, and lifecycle control for collaboration assets.
