The move addressed industry-specific collective agreements and legal provisions for trade, hotel and metal sectors, consolidating payroll for roughly 230 employees across three locations in Austria. Payroll execution and configuration were hosted in Infoniqa’s data center, with Infoniqa Run my Payroll configured to process standard payroll accounting functions, time evaluation, bonuses, travel expense and allowance postings, employee registrations with health insurance, special payments and biennial and collective agreement increases. Infoniqa also developed an evaluation system integrated into the service, producing analyses such as sales per employee, branch, federal state and company, cost center evaluations and average wage reports for operational and managerial use. Operational data was transmitted electronically to Infoniqa, which returned completed wage and salary statements and evaluations by email, and distributed employee payslips via encrypted email or by post. The initial rollout began with two companies in mid 2013 and expanded in January 2014 when the larger Impex Sanitär und Heizungsgroßhandels GmbH was onboarded, demonstrating a staged deployment across multiple legal entities and industry-specific payroll rules. Governance and service scope included ongoing system operation, maintenance and application of legislative changes by the payroll provider, with Infoniqa assuming responsibility for specialist payroll expertise and peak load handling. Reported outcomes included transparent per-billing costs, higher reliability, reduced billing errors, timely evaluations for branch managers and plans to extend the outsourced payroll service to additional branches in Vienna and Lower Austria.
