The deployment followed a cloud SaaS model, with integrations designed to synchronize learner identity and completion data into sales and CRM workflows to support sales enablement and internal reporting. Governance and operational rollout were driven by the platform roadmap owned by the Salesforce Administrator function, including creation of training materials, stakeholder communication plans, and processes for release updates and security reviews. Change management emphasized user adoption through documentation and training, and platform configuration was maintained alongside other integrated applications to ensure consistent workflows between LearnUpon LMS and the companys sales and internal systems.
