BlackLine Legacy BlackLine Cash Application AR Automation ERP Financial Management n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Incora implemented BlackLine Cash Application to advance its AR Automation capabilities across corporate accounts receivable and treasury functions. The deployment targeted centralized cash application workflows for a transportation company with roughly 4,000 employees headquartered in the United States, positioning BlackLine Cash Application as the core payments-to-ledger orchestration layer within the order-to-cash domain. The implementation concentrated on standard AR Automation modules, including automated payment matching, electronic remittance ingestion, exception management, and configurable posting logic to the sales ledger. BlackLine Cash Application was configured to enforce business rules for match tolerance, manage unapplied cash queues, and provide workflow queues for AR analysts to review exceptions and apply decisions, aligning system behavior with corporate receivables policies. Architecturally the deployment was executed as a centralized AR application layer, integrating transaction feeds and bank statements with the corporate ERP and the sales ledger through standard integration connectors and file-based or API-driven feeds. The system served as a single reference point for payment application, consolidating payment data and receipts processing to reduce reconciliation fragmentation and to enable more consistent ledger postings across the enterprise. Governance workstreams accompanied the technical rollout, establishing AR ownership for configuration, exception resolution workflows, and change control for posting rules and match logic. Rollout activities emphasized phased adoption across AR teams, operationalizing exception handling procedures and role-based queues to ensure consistent application of remittance policies and to embed the BlackLine Cash Application into incumbent order-to-cash operations.

Blue Yonder Legacy Blue Yonder WMS (ex JDA WMS) Warehouse Management SCM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Incora implemented Blue Yonder WMS (ex JDA WMS) to address Warehouse Management requirements as part of a $15 million program. The program team negotiated and signed off on eight separate services and product contracts within a four month period, and the engagement was scoped for program planning and delivery across IT and business stakeholders. The Blue Yonder WMS (ex JDA WMS) implementation covered standard Warehouse Management capabilities, with configuration workstreams focused on inventory management, receiving and putaway, order fulfillment and pick and pack workflows, and labor and task orchestration typical to WMS deployments. The program included fit gap analysis and configuration governance to align WMS functional modules with operational business rules. Operational delivery was organized around eight concurrent workstreams and led by a 35 person cross functional team drawn from IT, business and vendor partners. The program lead worked closely with executive sponsors and the leadership team to provide periodic status updates, manage key issues, administer risk and direct change and fit gap resolution across the workstreams. Governance and program management were formalized as core program outputs, including a testing center of excellence, structured change management and training programs, and the establishment of an IT PMO from scratch. The IT PMO provided project intake and capacity management, project selection and prioritization processes, and a comprehensive reporting mechanism for portfolio projects, capacity assessment and spend analysis, delivering increased visibility and transparency to IT spend.
