Governance and rollout included internal staff training on MIR6 invoice processing and embedding reporting into accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, with finance project team involvement in capital investment and SAP setup activities. The configuration reinforced digital data administration practices and provided a consolidated analytics layer for finance functions without introducing external implementation partner references.
