In 2012 Indonesia Power implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform. As an Enterprise Application and Database Specialist the internal consultant managed Oracle Database 10g and 11g and administered Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and 12 in daily operations, including operational administration, troubleshooting and ensuring core functionality.
In 2013 the program centralized and re-engineered Oracle R.12 Payroll, with an independent internal consultant leading technical redesign of payroll setup and building integration points to Oracle Accounts Payable, General Ledger and GIS. Work on Oracle E-Business Suite included developing enhancements, re-engineering configuration, and creating custom reports to align payroll processing with finance posting flows.
Operational architecture retained distinct nodes between Oracle R.12 HRMS and Oracle R.11 Finance rather than a single-node consolidation, while integrations were implemented to synchronize payroll, AP and GL transactions. The deployment relied on Oracle database platforms and Oracle E-Business Suite application services to orchestrate data flows between HR, payroll and finance modules.
The implementation impacted HR, payroll, accounts payable and general ledger business functions, with responsibilities spanning daily administration, incident resolution and ongoing integration development. Governance and sustainment activities included end user training and formal system documentation to support rollout, handover and continued operation.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2012 | 2013 |
In 2012, Indonesia Power implemented Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS. The Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS deployment served as the company Core HR system to support HR and payroll functions across Indonesia Power, which operates with roughly 6,000 employees in the utilities sector.
The implementation emphasized Oracle R12 Payroll centralization and re-engineering as a primary functional module inside Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS. Operational activities included configuring payroll element setups, developing custom reports and enhancements, and ongoing administration of Oracle ERP EBS application stacks across 11i and 12 releases. Database administration for Oracle Database 10g and 11g was part of the technical operational footprint supporting the Core HR application.
Integrations were built to finance modules, specifically Oracle Accounts Payable, Oracle General Ledger, and GIS, aligning payroll output and accounting feeds with downstream financial processes. The environment remained architected with separate nodes between Oracle R12 HRMS and an Oracle R11 finance instance, the implementation therefore included point to point interfaces and reconciliation workflows rather than a single node consolidation. Interface development and testing were part of the technical scope.
Governance and rollout included hands on user training for payroll module users and creation of process and technical documentation to support operations. An internal consultant functioning as an Oracle specialist managed daily administration, troubleshooting, and the development of enhancements, which supported adoption and stabilized functional operations for HR and payroll teams. Change control for payroll configuration and interface updates was coordinated with HR and finance stakeholders.
The project delivered a centralized Oracle R12 Payroll configuration and documented operational procedures, and users were trained on the reengineered payroll processes. Ongoing operational responsibilities included application administration, patching, report maintenance, and integration support for HR and finance business functions.
