In 2015, Industrious implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP. Oracle NetSuite ERP served as the central ERP Financial system in a finance-led systems overhaul, established to consolidate accounting, payments, and receivables workflows and to provide a unified financial reporting backbone for the company.
Configuration focused on core general ledger and financial reporting capabilities, accounts payable workflows, accounts receivable automation, and billing orchestration consistent with ERP Financial best practices. The implementation included templates and controls to support audit readiness, board and audit committee reporting, and a standardized financial close process.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was integrated with Concur for accounts payable and expense management, Zuora for accounts receivable and billing continuity, and with Salesforce to align customer contracts and revenue data. The deployment supported the finance organization and treasury function, and was applied to fundraising accounting, merger and acquisition analysis and the companys legal and contract reporting processes.
Governance changes introduced during rollout included new process templates, audit preparation procedures and centralized reporting for the audit committee, overseen by the Head of Finance. The finance team scaled from one to twelve members concurrent with the implementation, and treasury controls implemented after the ERP rollout included an excess cash policy that produced $200,000 in incremental income.

| Drift | Legacy | Drift AI Chatbot | Chatbots and Conversational AI | AI-Powered Application | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 Industrious implemented Drift AI Chatbot as a website-embedded conversational layer. The deployment places Drift AI Chatbot in the Chatbots and Conversational AI category and targets on-site visitor engagement on Industrious's public website.
The implementation focuses on an embedded chat widget configured for proactive messaging and session-based lead qualification, supporting templated conversational flows and persistent session context. Drift AI Chatbot was set up to capture contact details, surface scripted responses for common inquiries, and escalate conversations to human agents when needed, reflecting standard Chatbots and Conversational AI functional workflows.
Operational scope is concentrated on the public website and customer facing digital channels, with the application supporting marketing led engagement, sales lead capture, and customer success triage. Integration touchpoints remain within web delivery and internal routing workflows, with handoff managed to internal teams rather than a named external system.
Governance and content management are administered by marketing and operations, using conversation playbooks and iterative tuning to refine prompts and routing rules. Ongoing administration emphasizes conversational governance, message cadence control, and content versioning to keep the Drift AI Chatbot aligned with customer facing policies.
